Over 250 backpacks given away!

Sheriff PAL is extremely proud to have had the opportunity to team up with the Pontiac Schools Partnership Coalition to help give away over 4,000 total backpacks filled with school supplies to local children who are in need. The PAL team was at Rogers Elementary, located at 2600 Dexter Rd. in Auburn Hills, on Thursday, September 10th, from 9am until 12pm (noon). The PAL team and members from Woodside Bible Church were able to give away over 250 backpacks, pairs of headphones, and PAL swag to children in the Pontiac School District. Thank you to everyone who volunteered or who came out to get school supplies at this amazing event.
