Lieutenant Russ Yeiser – President
Lieutenant Russ Yeiser has been with the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office for over twenty one years and has held a wide variety of positions at the Sheriff’s Office during that time. Lieutenant Yeiser’s current responsibilities include: Sheriff PAL, the Rochester Hills Substation Detective Bureau and the Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team. Lieutenant Yeiser has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Rochester College and a master’s degree in public administration from Central Michigan University. He has also attended the Northwestern University Police School of Staff and Command.
Lieutenant Robert Ford – Vice President

Lieutenant Robert “Bobby” Ford is the Commander of Patrol Operations of the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office Pontiac Substation. He has been with the Sheriff’s Office for over twelve years following more than twenty-one years of service with the Pontiac Police Department. Lieutenant Ford is a graduate of the Detroit Metropolitan Police Academy and Eastern Michigan’s School of Staff and Command. Bobby benefited from the Sheriff PAL program when he was a young child growing up in Pontiac. His personal experience strengthens his belief in the long-term positive impact that PAL has on youth and the community.
Amanda Ford – Executive Team

Mandy Ford has served as the Community Liaison at the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office for over twenty years. She is responsible for the development and implementation of various community outreach initiatives, as well as creating community partnerships with many public and private organizations. She has implemented and manages Sheriff’s Office programs such as Operation Medicine Cabinet®, Sheriff’s Re-CYCLE for Kids, Cops and Cribs, and Coats for the Cold.
Dr. Jennifer Lucarelli, PhD – Executive Team

Dr. Jennifer Lucarelli is the Assistant Professor and Chair of Interdisciplinary Health Sciences at Oakland University. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and neuroscience, a master’s degree in exercise science from Central Michigan University and a PhD in community nutrition from Michigan State University. Jennifer is also the chair of Healthy Pontiac, We Can! She has been active in sports such as track, cheer, dance, triathlons, marathons and recreational soccer throughout her life.
Ryan Russell – Executive Team

Ryan Russell is the Campus Pastor at Woodside Bible Church in Pontiac. He has a lengthy background in leadership and management in the faith community along with for-profit and non-profit organizations. He landed in the Oakland County community via Chicago, St. Louis and Detroit. He credits his faith and family as the most important influences on his life and work.
